You know you'd build a fort with them, too. Don't pretend you wouldn't.
One week left!
You, too, can have your own Supernaturally Awesome Fort! All you have to do is, uh, buy forty copies of the book. Or you can always just buy one. And it can be a...finger puppet fort? Which is pretty awesome, too. Just think of all the hijinks your finger puppets can get up to in their fort! And if they get bored, you could always, I dunno, read the book or something. Whatever.

LOL. Frequent reader, first time commenter, but I had to tell you that I laughed out loud!
Are you standing upright behind that tower? Smurfs are three apples tall, you are 4 books tall ;-)
Congrats!!!
WORD VERIFICATION: imati. Your ego giving directions to your id.
For the record, I am crouching. Standing up I was head and shoulders higher : )
The fort is awesome.
Also, I am officially jealous of everyone who can get to a bookstore stocked with these. Curse having to wait 6 days.
Ok, that is hilarious. And AWESOME!!!
ROTFL... You too can have your own fort...
HA!
You know, I think I probably would too. :)
Forts of any kind - awesome.
This fort - awesome, hilarious, and literary!
Love the fort - LOVE the book
Oh darn...there goes this week's savings. I must have one of these forts ;P
I don't think we could come up with a better material for a fort... I may have to invest!
I wish there was a side shot. How did you keep it from falling over?!
Did you ever think when writing these books that one day you would have a fort of your own published novels!? An awesome goal to aspire to!!
Not going to lie... Did the same thing when my book copies arrived. Several times. Then I spread them out geometrically on the floor.
Well, if that is your fort, I see why you pretty much just give up and want to join the zombies during the zombie apocalypse, because it is completely and utterly amazing, but unless your planning on having Evie jump out of the book and using Tasey on them, I don't think it will survive through the apocalypse, just saying. . . :)
But I love it! Love it! Love it! Love it! I may have to buy forty copies just to be able to make one of my very own! And it would be the perfect hide out from my annoying little brothers that don't enjoy reading, they won't go near books, let alone a fort made from one of the best books known to human kind! :)
So, what you plannin on doing with all those books?! Or is the fort going to remain on your table for all time, because I have to admit, that would be pretty epic! :)
How do you properly throw the burning pitch out of your paper fort? And where are the ballistae?
I have SUPERNATURALLY on pre-order. Only one, but hey. I can multiply it easily by re-reading it over and over again. Each time I read it, I'll add a book to my imaginary SUPERNATURALLY fort. And in the end, it'll be bigger than your fort ;)
Just the thing for those days when it starts raining cupcake cannonballs...
Awesomesauce! I Totally agree that anyone would build a fort with them. :)
So jealous of your fort!
I'm a long-time lurker and this post made me want to come out of the shadows and tell you how much I enjoy your posts. They always make me smile.
Thanks!
OMG i just found tasey facebook page... i think i am officially stalking all things paranormalcy i guess you could have me arrested... but can it wait until the 27th?? i really want to read your book first or maybe you should arrest me on the 26th after i get the book so that i can have something to read in jail... or maybe you will just lock me up in your awesome fort... is there a bathroom in there?? at least i would have plenty to read and a book shelf next to me... but it would be easier to escape from jail as evie might jump out of the books and hit me with tasey if i try to escape... well what wouldf be a good punishment?? I know you can give me an advanced copy of supernaturally and when you are done with it endlessly so i can stop stalking your books and annoying my inter family with my endless talking about the books!!
(i know it won't happen but worth a shot um i am free to get arrested on wait let me check........................................................................................................... well most day tell me when you are free to send evie after me and i will tell you if that works)
:)
Best. Picture. Ever.
Also, just picked up Supernaturally today! (I'm sorry Borders is closing, but it rocked that I could buy it early!!!) I cannot - CANNOT - wait to read it...so what am I doing online telling you? Supernaturally marathon starts...now!
I'm just so glad that I just today noticed that tiny corner in the German books tore I frequent (because, duh, I'm from Germany.. ;>) which got a bunch of English Young Adult Fantasy stuff. I randomly grabbed a few interesting sunding books and yours intrigued me enough to insta-buy it without even reading a single line besides the backcover text. I'm about halfway trough now and cracking up so much at the locker / driver' license lines.. <3 Enjoying the book so much, it suddenly occurred to me, that I'll probably be hooked up to it until I'm done. So, a faint glimmer of hope made me do a google search and bam, lucky me. Tomorrow is the day Supernaturally gets released. I do know what I'll order right now. Hopefully it won't take too long until it arrives here in Germany. :> btw.. I'd sooo build a fort too!
Anyways, will be looking forward to your future stuff and hope you'll continue writing for a long time, as your humor really cracks me up. ;>
Book fort! The best kind. : )
You're so cute. LOL Your posts always make me smile. Wishing you much success. :-)
