They are called the Lizards— A reptile like human. But do they cause harm? Do they have good intentions? All Evie knows is that she is drawn to the Lizards and all of a sudden, she finds herself in love with one!
In this book, Evie will find out just how normal the normal world can be.

What’s that in the distance? Is it a bird? Is it a plane? Is it a UFO? Danni, a perky, yet confused blonde girl, doesn’t know what she’s seeing. You see, it’s hard enough as it is to have been born on Mars where everything is crimson which means you have to wear horrible spacesuits if you don’t want your skin to turn into a bloodcurdling shade of red. No, the real issue is how difficult the Men from Mars are to understand. It’s almost as if she was born on an entirely different planet like Venus. So what does she do? Simple: run away to the most normal planet in the solar system. However, once there, Eirene soon discovers that Earth isn’t as fun as it’s played out to be. The Containment Agency is breathing down her neck, the only gown available at Juicy Couture is exactly the same shade as Mars, and Terrence her ex-boyfriend, has followed her to Earth in an attempt to rekindle their love.

In fact the lightning wasn't even really lightning at all, but the electric currents released from a small, pink, bedazzled taser that lay at her feet. She picked it up, feeling the weight in her palm. Upwards she smiled as she finally realized why she was there.
Evie was always THAT girl. THAT girl who skipped school to go frolic in flowery fields on windy days. But her parents have had enough. “Enough frolicking in flowery fields on windy days, daughter,” they say. So Evie is forced to move to New York to live with her aunt and uncle and their nephew. They make her live under the stairs, which is both cruel AND unoriginal. Evie must attend an expensive, private, prep school (xoxo, Hearsay Girl.) But at this snobby high school Evie meets St. Clair, a New York kid with a Chicago accent. And with the help of St. Clair, Evie discovers that flowery fields on windy days are nothing to the field of love. Oh! And I think there is a supernatural plot line in there somewhere. Evie stands there frozen, completely unable to move. Could this be real or is it some fairy trick. This was one of the most beautiful things she had ever seen, even Reth paled in comparison. Doliris was a normal teenage working the flower fields in Holland, when she discovered the button on the back of her neck allowing her to see the future. Will she be able to change the future she sees or will an ancient evil searching for the buttoned one destroy everything she holds dear.
There was one thing Laura always wanted to know. Why the wind followed her around. Sure she took amazing still shots, but her hair was always tangled and dry, and don’t get her started on how she could never wear a skirt. She thought it was like that for everyone but after watching normal people in a normal world she realized how not normal it was. Now she must find the place to turn off the wind or risk never being able to comb her hair.
Everything about Lily Red is super. She has super hair, super skin, and an absolutely super fantastic gorgeous dress for the supernaturally week. But Lily has one tiny little problem, she has lost her memory.
So she has no idea why its really really important that this week she has to look PERFECT. Or why all these little red dogs keeps following her around like some freaky stalker dogs. And on top of all that a really cute guy keeps trying to get her to accept his fire lily, which turns out really is made of fire. So now Lily has to figure out a way to get her memory back, but only one person seems to know what happened to her is the boy with the fire lily. So Lily decides she would rather be stalked by red dogs and flaming flowers for eternity then face him again.
So what to do when dogs and really cute guys all want something really important from you and you have no clue what is? Well you could always try fainting.

I've never liked autumn. It makes wearing dresses a huge nuisance, what with all it's gusts of chilly wind, threatening to lift your skirt up...
But this autumn was even worse. For some reason, all my friends decided to up and leave at the start of our senior year, leaving me alone in the field-covered plains of Indiana.

She now thinks that she has everything that she has every wanted-lockers, a boy who might start to become a boyfriend, a school with humans teachers, and homework.
She had almost it all into an unicorn showed up had the boy who was a friends house. The unicorn had a note attached to its leg and when she did read the note half of it was cut off. It read "You will always do good things in your life, but there will be a time when you can turn away this life that you were burn into. If you do you will lose..." The unicorn spoke to here and said that will never be able to live her own life because she will always have it all mapped up until, the fork into the road.

Then, after a long night of plowing a flower covered field, Kyle got into an tractor accident and fell of his John Deere, paralyzing him from the neck down. With months of recovery ahead of him, the field full of flowers became Kierstens favorite place to go. So stood there is awe, wind blowing her hair dramactically all over the place. And, on the otherside of the field, there was a ghost like figure. Of the one, the only Edward Cullen. She was pissed. :)

It will undoubtedly help with your insomnia and put you to sleep within minutes. You see, Voyage is a really boring girl as well. But she still is a person. And we all deserve to be loved. Evie's entry into theInternational Paranormal Containment Agency, should have been her first clue that her quest for normalcy was fading like a waning candle, her latest assignment takes her to Fork's Washington to arrest a sparkly vampire, that was on the verge of marrying a human. She should have been thinking about what she was going to do about the other members in the coven but Evie stared at her new red dress, and decided since she was off to a wedding she had to at least dress the part.
My synopsis;
Kiersten is just your aver, or shorter than average teenager, and all she wants is to find that one cute guy to make all her dreams come true. Unfortunetly for her the world recently came to an end and she's stuck fighting off random supernatural creatures to keep herself alive. What she does find on the other hand is the fact that she's special and may very well be the key to saving the world and keeping all of the creatures in check. The only problem, she might have fallen for one. Oh, and she has a limited amount of time to save the world before it's so far gone there's no hope for things returning to normal, and there are a few people who will do anything to stop her from succeeding. Romance, the apocolypse, and...pugs? What more could a smaller than average girl ask for?

Bevie loves flowers, especially orange flowers that accent her deep red dress perfectly. She loves said orange flowers more than anything, even Bend, the cute boy next door. She enjoys strolling through their beauty on fiery evenings, which she also loves, you know, because the evenings accent her dress too. When Bend discovers her secret obsession, Bevie reveals that the orange flowers aren’t regular flowers, but all the boys that have broken her heart. Which was A LOT. Now Bevie must decide if she can resist supernaturally changing Bend into a flower, even though she’d be able to keep him forever, and win Bend’s heart the normal way with chocolates, kind words, and flowers. Okay, so maybe not flowers.
When Ella Mentell stands in a field, the heavens notice. The sky darkens. Winds come out of nowhere. Sometimes, there’s even lightning.

There, Zephyrus the west wind falls in love with her and wants to take her to prom, but she refuses because she and Cornelius already color coordinated. Angered at being in a love triangle, Zephyrus causes the unicorn world's sky to turn brown and the bright yellow flowers to darken. The unicorns begin dying from lack of rainbows and colorful flowers to eat. Now Zephyrus has raised the price to save the unicorns—Chloris must marry him and change her name to Flora because he had a fling with Chloris Leachman a couple decades ago that ended badly. Now, Chloris must either give up her love and her name, or else the unicorns will all die out, and time is running short…
So...I realize that you used the name Flora in your example, but I was going off of the Zephyrus and Chloris/Flora story with a splash of unicorns. Weird coincidence.

But with this new power comes consequences, where has the real Dixie go, when a boy named Josh, goes looking for her at school, the whole city goes topsy-turvy. But what we didn’t know was that Josh is a shape shifter too and, he becomes a wolf. He looks for her, and Dixie goes through the novel discovering what it means to become a shifter and they fall in love, but they aren’t allowed to because it is against all the rules from the code of Shifters. What will happen to this Supernaturally couple?

Jasmine loves the life of a book art model. It's just glamorous enough to impress her friends without the pressure of being widely recognized. Then a photo shoot for a popular series goes horribly wrong. A spotlight explodes. Her sight is stolen from her, leaving her with silver, glassy irises and an eerie after-effect — images of the book's faithful readers burned into her mind. Every time she closes her eyes, she sees them, laughing at Evie's naivety, crying for Lish, and swooning over Reth and Lend. Worse. Their imaginations burst with images of her as this other person, this character with an unbelievable history and a penchant for rusty old school lockers. Tapped into their joined psyche, she lives out the story in her dreams until she can't tell what's real, normal, or plain bleeping scary. And just-glamorous-enough turns into a nightmare infested with glamours.

Being beautiful is hard. Gwendolyn learns this difficult lesson when a witch, jealous of her good looks,curses her with permanently wind blown hair. Gwendolyn, must cross a supernatural field of flowers in order to break the curse. With prom just around the corner, the clock is ticking. And to make matters worse, she still has to find a date.
Julie's night should have been perfect. She had the perfect white dress, perfect weather, perfect date- Rome- who takes her to her favorite place in the world. A garden filled with all kinds of flowers.

Supernaturally, formally known as Super Nature Really. When the title was first released, fans slurred it together in excitement and the public as a whole wondered what this Supernaturally book was. Hence the name change. To please the public. Which is just what this book will do.
But what is it about? Well, the cover tells all. A super girl who loves nature. Really. In an attempt to save the planet, she gets caught in a thicket of flowers and has to touch the right spot on her neck to escape. But can she do it in time? Find out on July 26th.

This is such a fun contest! Here's my synopsis:
Mira has a loving family, a hot boyfriend, and two tickets to Saturn. But then the winds come.
Mars hasn’t had wind since the two-week Great Gale of ’13, which wiped out all life on the red planet. Now, the Martians’ only hope is a rare flower with healing properties that will hold them over until the weather clears. The only problem: Everyone’s sick—except for Mira.
When she finds a strange mole on the back of her neck, Mira assumes the sickness has started. That’s until Ian, a boy from neighboring Jupiter, tells her the truth: The mole is a button and she’s an AI. She and Ian are the only ones who can brave the stormy badlands and retrieve the flower, and only if she wears a completely inappropriate dress. They must make it past the AI city without getting hurt—or worse.

Non-synopsis(sorry I got carried away, scroll down for TLDR version)
Evie wakes up feeling fuller than ever. However, she looks down and doesn't see any glowy going on. Trying to shake off the weird dream she was having about shooting the invading army of floating pimples with dual-nerf machine guns (the explosions were grotesque), she grabs Raisin Bran instead of the usual. Oddly they taste good today, though.
Feeling oddly stream-of-consciousy today, she meanders (she must have not slept well, because she's only got one book in her backpack and it's HEAVY) to class.
As she steps in the door, she has a crazy moment of deja-vu as she remembers seeing today's topic written on the board. Then as she turns to take her seat, she can't stop thinking about how hot Evie is. What? No, she's looking at Hal, who sits in front of her.
The rubber-band effect finally hits some sort of equilibrium as they both realize that they can hear each other's thoughts. Evie takes her seat behind Hal and the deluge begins.
TLDR: (sorry I forgot to keep it to a synopsis first)
1. Evie wakes up with weird thoughts in her head
2. She gets to school and finds out the guy who sits in front of her has had a crush on her for ever, and that they can hear each other's thoughts.
3. WEIRD STUFF happens. Like bonds of the universe type stuff.

The flower faeries of Carnivore Pasture were dying. They were starving from the lack of their main food source- blood. Men- women- cows- all would stand staring until they were absorbed into the soil beneath them and their blood was drained into the roots of the flowers. The faeries prayers had been answered. But then a handsome young man came into the fields and instead of staring, he planted a kiss on the mannequin’s painted lips and left. The faeries looked at their mannequin and were shocked at what they saw. Somehow the corners of her mouth had lifted up. She was smiling. What was happening to their plastic girl? The buzzing at the back of her neck that signals the endless communication of her alter ego, Synergy. Yes, Jem, is ready to rock out, but first she has to finish this photo shoot.
