So cute, Kiersten! I bet you and Hot Stuff are a super fun couple to BBQ with.
And that zombie shark = awesome drarring skillz. You guys should do children's picture books together...or maybe teenager picture books, if such a thing exists.
And now you know why I had no qualms whatsoever about getting married two weeks after I turned nineteen. It just doesn't get better than Hot Stuff.
For the record, no, sadly there are no flying zombie sharks in Paranormalcy. But I *do* still have the third book to write...
And Hot Stuff is an incredible artist! This was ten minutes with a sharpie. He's amazing. I'd love to do a book with him someday. Aside from drawing and painting, he also writes (very, very well--he has the most delightfully absurd sense of humor) and is tri-lingual.
And he's hot.
I know. I shouldn't be so lucky. But I'm glad I am.
Stumbled across your blog from your comment somewhere and I just wanted to tell you that you have good taste. All good people love Dr. Pepper. Proven Fact.
I saw this in Reader this morning, but when I clicked over to comment (something oh-so-witty of course) it told me it didn't exist. Big sigh. So now I've come back after 12 hours and I have no idea what clever thing I was gonna say...so I'll just keep it simple (hahaha...after rambling on and on. yeah, this is sooooo simple) and say AWESOME job Hot Stuff!

Dude.
OMG, Kiersten... THAT was hysterical.
Ooh, is there a flying zombie shark in your book? Now I really want to read it. ;)

He needs to post at least every week. Or every other week. At least semi-regularly.
Because this is AWSUM.
AWSUM I TELL YOU.
:P
Dood, I would totally read a novel about a flying zombie shark!
Haha! I wish he could not only guest post more often but get a blog himself. :)
This post is made of so much win.
"I wish he would guest post every day, too."
Indeed. That is some sick drawing skills :)
Wow, Hot Stuff is a good artist. Maybe he could illustrate Paranormalcy: the graphic novel.

I wish I wrote that well. Seriously.

I agree with one of the other posters, you and he should do a graphic novel together.
Brilliant. At least once a week...please.
I think you have competition...
totally love the humor! :-)
Priceless! You lucky girl, you!
I love his post:) Noah should visit the site more!
*COUGHS* Who is this Noah of whom you speak? We are talking about Hot Stuff.
FIVE STARS.
A+++++++++
Does Hot Stuff take requests? If so, please put in an order for another almost self-portrait RIDING the flying zombie shark while EATING a taco.
Free-keeng AWESOME! Is that cowboy-pirate-knight carrying a gatling gun? Massive double rainbow.
Moar, moar, moar!
Love the drawings....

Great guest post! Love the part about the kisses. :)
Oh my. I LOVE it.
Also? I want to learn how to draw like that.
LOL :D Very nice, Hot Stuff, very nice.
Hey, just picked up my copy of RT Book Reviews and saw your review! Congrats!!
Jennifer--EEP! Must go to the bookstore and read it immediately!
Hot Stuff, you are an amazing cartoonist. And you and Kiersten obviously were made for each other.

Very cool post. Thanks for sharing it.
HA! I'm torn-I can't decide which is my favorite-the cat face in the last drawing, or the SMILING?? dead dinosaur face in the first one.
Five stars, Hot Stuff. :)
That is simply awesome.
I want a Zombie Shark
