Some wonderful friends took me out to celebrate last night, and I may be in a chocolate coma. I'm pretty sure that if you were to try and draw blood right now, it would come out thick and dark brown, smelling of rich, heavenly chocolate.
Dang, I'd better watch out for vampires today...
Anyway. You know how couples that have been together for a long time start to resemble each other? I think that's happening to Laptop and me. I've grown oddly rectangular and have this weird Compaq symbol on my forehead.
No, seriously though. Upon waking up (never by our own choice), we both take a really long time to be able to function. Laptop freezes frequently if I try to do too much right after booting him up; my brain does the exact same thing. We're also both having problems with getting too hot. I sweat and feel miserable; Laptop is a burn hazard.
At least Laptop has been able to keep his trim, boyish figure. Guess I'd better work on that. Wouldn't want him to be embarrassed to be seen with me.

Ha ha. Thanks for the warning! What do I spend most of my time with? Hm. I might end up resembling a rocking chair...or a certain Mouse. Wouldn't mind that one too much. ;)

My laptop also steams the place up and have either consumed too much sugar today and must sweat it out or am having premature hot flashes. It's september and only 70 degrees in Illinois but i am roasting...could be the battery powered HP resting on my knees as usual...hmm...perhaps will go find chocolate....

PS: Where did you get Laptop? A laptop mill, a breeder, or a cardboard box on the side of the road that said, FREE LAPTOPS, NEED A LOVING HOME (and in tiny print, beware of snarkiness) and he was just so...electronicky that you couldn't resist.
