I'm a mess today. Crying over news articles, stressing out over Iran so much I don't know what to do with myself, so on and so forth. And, as is becoming my backup, I'm just going to give you some of my favorite boys to narrate my feelings today:
What can I say. Flight of the Conchords just speaks to my soul.

I recall being like that around the Tienemin Square killings way back when. It's especially tough when things could have gone so vastly different than they did. The world would likely be a very different place if a few old men had held off the order to shoot protestors.
Seems like, for the moment, Iran is trying (on both sides) to avoid open violence as much as possible. But we shall see.
Fingers crossed, prayers said and all that for the hope of peace and the people of Iran being able to be represented by the one who won the election (whoever that may be, cuz I sure don't know.)
*hugs*
So, um, I'd laugh, but . . . you know. But when I tweeted the "I'm Not Crying" video to you?? I *SO* hadn't read this post yet.
This is why we are friends.
As if we needed more proof.
(And no, I'm not. I'm just cutting onions.)
Hang in there. And thanks for all the excuses I can now use so people won't think I'm crying.
"I'm not Crying" is my favorite. Love you girl.
You're making a lasagna...for one.
You're not alone. I've been blogging about Iran a lot lately, and it's really depressing. Flight of the Conchords always helps though.
I'm touched and impressed that current events affect you so much. But I guess its hard not to be upset to watch a story like this one unfold.
*hug*
Also, I LOVE Flight of the Conchords. Freaking hilarious stuff.
*sends chocolate and an umbrella for your face*
Like Jamie, I am also out of the loop, but only because I never watch TV/read news articles. And I'm thinking that's a good thing right about now.
It's been done a few times already, but *hugs*
FOTC always make me feel better too.
