ha ha, that's great.I feel like I am one extreme or the other, alternating. Sometimes I speak too much at the wrong time, sometimes I shrink away when I should say more.

I'm getting better as I get older. I'd like to think that it's wisdom but it's mostly that I've slowed down. By the time I think of something to say, the moment has gone.
If it were a skill most people had the Mr Wilde wouldn't have felt the need to talk about it!I have for my entire life suffered with Footinmouthitis. I have NEVER been good at judging the moment but as FH said as you get older, the slowdown has a handy buffering effect.
